| Layout Plan of Exhibition Places The exhibition hall consists of several function areas, including lobby, exhibition zone and loading zone. These function areas may be put in use together or separately as six exhibition zones indicated by letters A-F. The total area of Hall A is 4345 square meters, with 213 standard exhibition places. The total area of Hall B is 3790 square meters, with 175 standard exhibition places. The total area of Halls C and D is 7238 square meters, with 256 standard exhibition places in the front hall and 82 in the back hall. The total area of Hall E is 3790 square meters, with 178 standard exhibition places. The total area of Hall F is 3977 square meters, with 143 standard exhibition places in the front hall and 47 in the back hall.
Layout Plan of the Meeting Zone The second floor of the exhibition hall is its meeting zone, with an area of 4100 square meters and bearing capacity of 0.3 ton per square meter. The meeting rooms and report halls are of various sizes. In addition, three modes are available for the clients to choose from: banquet, teaching and theatre mode. There are 12 small meeting rooms, which can accommodate less than 100 people; 4 middle-sized meeting rooms, with seating capacity for 80-160 people each; 2 large meeting halls and dining halls, capable of accommodating 500-800 people; and a multi-function hall, which can accommodate over 1200 people. All sorts of modern conference equipment are available. Meeting rooms F310 and F311 are also equipped with simultaneous interpretation systems. On the second floor of the exhibition hall, there are four bars and two shared spaces, with sharply different styles. In these places, the businessmen may have a relaxed and private negotiations. Equipped with two exclusive sightseeing elevators, the VIP Hall provides a comfortable environment for senior leaders and distinguished businessmen to receive friends. |
